Gibbstown, NJ – July 19, 2017 – Keystone Industries has acquired Unique Pharma, Inc., an aerosol packaging manufacturer located in Dalton, GA. Unique Pharma specializes in small-batch aerosol production across multiple product groups.
The purchase strategically consolidates Keystone’s formulating, manufacturing and packaging capabilities for several of its industry-leading dental spray products, including its patented Enamelite® line of ceramic glaze sprays and its newly-launched CAD/CAM scanning sprays.
Keystone also intends to expand its aerosol production capabilities to integrate with Keystone’s lines of cosmetic nail, make-up, skin-care and other beauty products.
